I am currently still on Active Duty but retiring in a few months and this all happened last year so i would assume it will be seen as service related. The type of cancer is most caused by radiation as i was told by doctors. The cancer has been removed and has not came back was just not sure because it is gone is it still considered something to claim?

I had a poorly-differentiated thyroid carcinoma which resulted in a complete thyroidectomy. what is the disability rating for something like this?
