Can someone please explain this to me in laymen terms? I have had SMC S since 2010 with multiple disabilities totaling well over 200 percent to include 60 per cent for ischemic heart disease. I filed a new claim in May for housebound and this is now what it shows on my ebenefits: Entitled to SMC S1 rated 7-30-19 SMC L1 rated 7/30/19 they changed my 60% rating for IHD to 100% on account of being so helpless and being in need of regular aid and attendance. Does this mean I am entitled to both or what? It is incredibly confusing! Thanks
