I'm receiving 20% for neck. In the process of trying to get shoulder pain secondary to neck pain. Just wondering how likely it is to get approval as far as secondary disability.

It has been almost a month for me and when I called VA, they still hasn't receive anything from VES.

Thanks to the both of you. I think I'll wait a full month before going into amvet to see my vso. Will the decision available online first or would they mail me the decision then enter the decision online? Almost forgot to ask another question that happened this morning. when I went into to check status of my claim, there are another tab titled "files" I clicked on that and asked me if I had any other evidence that supports my claim, I answered no. From my understanding, they keep this open for 30 days just in case I have more evidence. Now, under the evidence gathering, review, and decision level, it said that I or others submitted appeal substitution review. They will notify me when they reviewed it. I hope I didn't mess anything up by clicking "no" to that I don't have any other evidence.

I had my C & P exam 3 weeks ago. They requested X-Rays, did that 2 weeks ago. How long does it take VES to get C & P exam reports back to the VA? Also, how should I go about getting a copy of my C & P report?
