  1. The VA based their decision on notification received in July 2019 from QTC medical services contractor that I did not attend the C&P examination in connection with my appeal. QTC has now received the C&P examination report from the contract Doctor that I did attend the C&P examination. The VA has yet to request the C&P examination report from QTC. Would this be considered a CUE.
  2. I checked my appointments on myhealthyvet and I saw my MH doctor on the 24 July at 15:00. I did have to cancel the earlier appointment at 14:00 on 24 July with my MH doctor. VA is saying they got a notice on 25 July that I did not show for my July examination. On 8 July my wife took me to my C&P examination.
  3. Thanks for all of the ideas that I can prove I kept the appointment. My wife is always on her phone so I think I can prove that I kept the appointment. I will give an update.
  4. I did not put in for travel reimbursement. My appointment was at 12:00 noon and my wife and I arrived ten minutes early and we had to wait almost 30 minutes before the other doctor in the office came out after finishing with the person he was seeing, he then told us my doctor will be seeing me soon. There was one other person in the waiting room and she was with the person the other doctor was finishing up with.
  5. It was a contract doctor and this is the second time I have seen this doctor for a C&P examination for depression disorder. This doctor is in a very small office with one other doctor I will try and get any information I can from him. Thank you.
  6. I got a statement of case from VA today and it states that I failed to show for my C&P examination for depression disorder. My wife took me to the examination and the doctor ask her a few questions also. I don't understand how this mistake could happen and if this something that is common with the VA. What must I do to prove that I did show up to the C&P examination. Thank you for any help I can get on this subject
  7. I did not use a VSO when I filed the claim for Temp. 100% disability and the VA paid for a doctor outside of VA to do the TKR. The increase for my left knee was denied due to thigh extension but I was given a 0% rating for scars. I called the VA, 800 number and the VA person told me that because I have a appeal for a increase on my left knee and a claim for Temp. 100% disability because of the TKR, VA will only process the appeal. The VA person told me if I withdraw my appeal and resubmit my claim for Temp. 100% disability they could process it. Thanks for any help you can give me.
  8. In 2018 I had a C&P examination for an increase on my service connected left knee and the claim was denied. This claim is now on appeal. I January of 2019 I had a total knee replacement and I put in a claim for temp. 100% disability but have not received a answer from VA yet. I was told I can not have two different claims on the same left knee. Is this true and if so what can I do?
