I finally received a copy of my C file on disk,while reviewing it I came across a C&P exam report written by a nurse practitioner for an exam on 1/15/2011 a Saturday.Problem is I never attended a C&P exam on this day with this person.I was scheduled for an exam on a Saturday as I recall,I went to Hines in Maywood Illinois a PA by the name of Evon Koptas came in and when told I was there for an evaluation of my service connected Psoriasis she went off on the clerk and literally screamed that she doesn't do skin exams! I was told to leave and reschedule an exam I told the clerk it's the VA's duty to reschedule which they never did. This same so called C&P exam was used by the VA to deny my initial claim and again used as a basis to deny my claim during a C&P exam on 8/12/2015 again at Hines.The report itself has erroneous information in it regarding a tread mill stress test I took.How in the world can they get away with this?!
