it closed out for me on day 126 and was processed in St. Petersburg Florida.

Just wanted to thank everyone on this site, I have been a long time reader and don't post much. As of yesterday my higher level review I submitted in July closed out. I went from 90% to 100% P/T, I have been back and fourth with the VA since 2016 on this issue. The best thing I have learned from everyone here is to get as much evidence as possible and to get Lay statements if possible, it pays off in the end. I was very optimistic if the higher level review works but it did for me. Don't let the VA get you down keep fighting for what is right.

how long did it take for your claim to get to that point?

do you take any kind of anti depressants? I was able to get OSA secondary to PTSD due to the prescribed PTSD med, one of the side affects with long term use is weight gain (a major contributor to OSA). My C&P examiner agreed with the evidence I gave that, showing there is a nexus linking it to the PTSD and stating that it is as likely as not (50% or greater probability) for the service connection.

I'm at day 98 waiting I had a new C&P Aug. 31 and vba received it on Sept. 11 for the one item I and contending, as each day goes by I'm going a little crazier waiting for the decision.
