  1. Does this go for vets with P&T and/or IU ratings?
  2. how would the VA know that the veteran isn’t seeking treatment else where? V/r
  3. Copy all, The majority of my disabilities are musculoskeletal. I understand that musculoskeletal disabilities are mostly based on ROM for rating purposes. Besides ROM what are the other contributing factors ie: Pain, functionality? V/ r
  4. Thanks Berta! I’ve been to that site a few times already. It’s very informative much so like this site. I plan to post a few of the C&P results I am suspicious about. I have 100+ pages of C&P (hard copy) notes. What is the most critical part of the results? V/r
  5. Thanks for responding Buck52! The VA examiner wrote “ Active duty complaint” after every C&P exam. Vync, Thank you for recommending that blog, I will certainly read it. I filed my claim by myself with limited knowledge of the VA process. This site has definitely increase my knowledge and awareness of the VA disability process. I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have been better prepared. I can say the best thing I did during this entire process was initiate it while on Active Duty. v/r
  6. FAT:Good luck....... Me: Thanks! BERTA:Are you being MEBed or PEBed out? If so are you waiting for a LOD (Line of Duty Determination)? Me: Hopefully, MEB soon! From what I was told at my C&P exams by VA examiners, there is no way the military is going to keep me, once the rating is complete.
  7. One can hope!!! I appreciate the responses’ I’ll try to get a couple C&P results up , for review v/r
  8. I received my C&P exam result and the VA examiner did not indicate “at least as likely as not” on any of my exams. So, my question is, is “at least as likely as not” required if I was on active duty during my C&P exams? Advisement : I did not upload exam results due to the fact it’s 100+ pages v/r
  9. The VA recently made this change. Effective Oct 1, 2019: Nobody can receive there C&P results until 30 after the exam date. This includes in person request or on-line. I wouldn’t hold my breath expecting them to post the results on-line tho, better to go to your nearest VA hospital and request them. Cheers,
  10. Joe, Take a trip to your nearest VA hospital and go to the “Release of information” office and request copies of your C&P exam. For your advisement: you’ll not be able to receive your C&P results until 30 days after the exam date. This goes for in-person or on-line (blue button) . Cheers,
  11. Re: Hamslice Q. Did you join the burn pit registry? A. Yes Q.Did the VA do a burn pit C&P with you? A. I didn’t but considering it ———————————————————— Again, thank you all for the responses! Great advice and informative posts. I think I will go with GBArmy advice and wait and see what they decide then re-attack if necessary. V/r
  12. Thanks for all the replies The in service events that I have are burn pit exposer (iraq, afghanistan and a undisclosed location), actually being around local nationals as they burn there trash and sandstorms. Also, my tobacco use is very minimal to say the least.... v/r
  13. Hello all, new member here! I just attended a C&P exam for asthma and had a quick question? Will smoking cigarettes/e-cigs disqualify a veteran from receiving a rating for asthma? Very Respectfully, -Apache
