Long story short I filed disability claim in 2013. After lost records and a bunch of chasing my tail stories I got a final decision through the Texas Vets Commission yesterday 11/28/2019. Thing is its dated for 4/02/2019 as the claim date since that was when I got off of the RAMP process and went to a Higher Level Review. Anyone else ever see compensation issues as their claim status?
