  2. Skipdawg goes all the way back to 1997 with me he was my very first veteran.

  3. Will have to pass this along to my brother in law. He says he had to take the shot and has been concerned.
  4. Many take medication without doing much questioning about the medication. My doctors say I drive them nuts with questions plus I do research online. I now have a forumula whether I will take the medication. If the reward is greater than the risk I will take it but it the risk is higher I will not. I have turned down many medications over the past decade. Remember it is still your body! You need to be the one to decide if you take a memdication. Don't be afraid to get a 2ed or even 3ed opinion.
  5. Not if you can present a solid case you can not hold down gainfull employment. If you would miss many days of work a mony say do to your health state that. If you have ever been fired or layed off due to your health state that. It may be tougher with do SCD 40% rating but if you can show you meet the criteria by not being able to work and showing that even having others that can vouch for that can give you approval for TDIU. Good luck.
  6. My first time was 2 years, 2ed 3 years and last time 5 years.
  7. The amount you earn is a factor but not as much as how much you worked and how often you were unable to go to work or have to leave early do to health reasons. Make a note of how often a month you just could not go to work and had to leave early and highlight it even. That is what can make a big difference. Were you ever layed off or fired to do how often you had to take of work do to health. That is what you want to high light for them. Not how much you were able to make. Good luck.
  8. It can drive ya mad. But patients really is a virtue and it is looking and sounding good to me. Good luck.
  9. It can really depend on the area. I know some guys/gals who despise them all. I have been a life member of AMVETS, DAV and VFW for 2 decades. When I went through the claims hell the DAV went to bat for me hard though I did 50% of the real foot work myself. Talk to folks in your area and see what they say. Just as with each VARO and VAMC they can be rather different.
  10. If you don't yet have a VSO with say DAV, VFW, AMVETS or other you can go to the Hospital Vets Rep and ask if they can help get the needed medical records from private doctors. When they do it for you there is no cost to you for the medical records. If you do it yourself most civilian doctors/clinics charge a fee. Good luck.
  11. Very good. Also emptying out unneeded emails from your email in-box, dumping files in your downloads folder that have already been installed and emptying your temporary folder if you have one can help. Also anytime you do remove much or add much to your computer remember to defrag. Linux and Mac don't need this near as much but it is very helpful on any Windows system. :D

  13. Or you can just copy and past the full url into the text message. http://www.hadit.com The forum script software will auto link it. But if you just put www.hadit.com this script will hyperlink the post also as long as it is a regular http command url. If it is say a https it will need the full url.
  14. Awesome. Glad they could help you out.
