It was the day i became unemployable which happened to be the same day i filed. It went back to Oct 1.

So happy. I wrote all this out so someone else can see you can get on the first try if you have your ducks in a row. Only collect unemployment up to the time yoi submit your tdiu paperwork. The earnings show on the ssdi report. Be careful.

The VA called to get my current medical records. The docs added another med recently. The VA moved my estimated conpletion date by 3 months.

I submitted the box rehab first form on it my doc said no maybe in 2 years. But under it the question is asked what will happen with therapy and she stated will get better. With no therapy regression. I hope it helps with my tdiu case. I also submitted my SSA summaries as evidence. I have submitted about 80 pages of evidence. I think i will have to do a higher level review when the denial comes thru.

Today I looked at my case it was updated with an increase and my deadline was moved. The good thing is all my employment information has been returned.

I am currently rated at 70% for bipolar. I told them everything at my exam. Including the fact that my doc was still adjusting my meds. You have to describe your worst days and be completely honest. If they ask you a question if you don't know say you don't and they will expalin it to you. I have only seen private docs so far and they are the ones to prescribe everything. I haven't been to the VA yet.

I just worry about no c and p exam. 70% was for bipolar and bulimia. Both my employers submitted the 4192 also. They are waiting to receive one in the mail. I will update this again by the end of the week.

i am hoping it all comes at ok. My 70% was awarded quickly within 90days. The termination letter and the summary of why i failed the fitness test states i am unable to perform my job due to my current mental status. I am hoping with the 3 letters as well as std Ltd and intermittent fmla with all the dates I missed work. Here is hoping it all comes out my way. The 5 docs who say i can't work now will make it a little easier. I will keep adding as i go thru this process.

When i applied for unemployment i had a hearing. During the hearing they determined i was not eligible for state disability based on my situation at that time. i got unemployment instead of state disability.

Based on my doctors note that states i am unable to work due to my bipolar. I also have my failed fitness for duty that says the same thing. My record for voc rehab was stopped before the full interview because time of the 5 docs notes. My file has been updated to waiting on one 4192. It has been sent in bu my employer. I should have a decision in 3 weeks.

My unemployment has lapsed.

I have 70% for bipolar. My doctor filled out the paper from voc rehab that ask the question am i able to work. My doctor wrote no. Without continued therapy i would regress with lots of therapy i would improve.

I received the denial by my doc who said I wasn't ready to return to work. If I was to miss my therapy there would be serious regression. I have submitted that letter along with my failed fitness test and my termination letter. I had lots of updates on my file today also. Hopefully this will be enough to be granted tdiu.
