my direct deposit was hacked ,I receive a letter from the VA stated that i've change my bank routing , but I never did request a change so I called the VA 800-827 -1000 and let them know I've never ask to change this ,I had my direct deposit for more than 15 yrs, I live from my VA check to support my family, now I'm here waiting for the fraud division to call me to let me know if I'm getting paid when and how quickly, so the mean time my bills stay un paid .there has to be a way they inform us about this changes before they change payroll information. Now I'm hoping my money comes to my bank account very soon.
