  1. @pete992 thanks for the information. Your info is very insightful.
  2. Ok I am new here. I applied for TDIU last month. I left the service in 2014 and had difficulties in finding and maintaining a job. I was fired from one and I resigned voluntary on the two years which were all federal jobs. I couldn't due to the severity of my disabilities. I am rated 80% by the VA with 50% PTSD. I also filed for supplemental claim increase since my symptoms had gotten worsen for my PTSD. Yes, I am within the 1 year mark for filing the supplemental claim increase. I was diagnosed with Major Depression and General Anxiety Disorder and in November of March of 2019. I filed for SSDI in November of 2019 and was awarded SSDI in March of 2020. SSA only used my VA medical records. I am currently on medication for sleep, anxiety and major depression. The SSA found me disabled due to my PTSD (Primary) and (Major depression). I was in the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Chapter 31), but the program was discontinued last November of 2019 by my VR&E Counselor . She wrote a letter stating she was discontinuing me from the VR&E program because my disabilities were preventing me for completing the program. I have submitted the SSA award letter as well as the VR&E Counselor letter to VA. What are my chances of getting TDIU? What else can I do to increase my chances?
