I chose Delta Dental, and was not happy with it because I was committed for one year when no real benefits existed other than having some dentist admire your ivories. I couldn't wait to cancel. Too involved. But then my neighbor went with them, not through VA, and was satisfied as he had a flock of kids and a wife who handled everything.
