According to your symptons, I recommend you see a neurologist. You have all the symptoms of Parkinsons diesease or Parkinsonissm. I have Parkinsons disease, with all your symptons. If you have Parkinsons, you will rated SMC L. aid and attendance. You can't get Housebound and A & A at same time. If you are a Vietnam veteran it's on the AO list.

Mine was rated May 2022 under the Nehmer review. I was denied in 2018. Nehmer rating 10 percent for continuous medication. I guess they didn't see the other numerious symptoms. I filed a appeal that was a 100 percent claim.

1. Hypothyrodism Feb 2016 2. Nehmer vet yes 3. Feb 2016 Hypo 4. Filed in 1979 discharged 1 Jun 79 bilateral hearing loss 5. No attorney. I am living overseas I don't need a attorney.

I am 100 percent disabled. I was denied Hypothyrodism 2019. It is on appeal. The VA added it as a new claim Jun 13, 2021. The claim is being reviewed under the Nehmer case, because VA added it to the agent orange diseases. Since I am 100 percent when the claim is completd am I eligible for a rectroactive payment? thank you

What is the difference between SMC aid and attendance and pension for Parkinsons Disease?

I have a appeal for hypothyrodism. It was passed into law Jan 1, 2021. with bladder cancer and Parkinsons symptoms. When is is added to the list what happens to my appeal? You are rated 30 percent for six months. My appeal would of been a 100 per cent rating. thanks

SMC S1 housebound. Prostate cancer, surgically removed. Surgery was 13 months ago. No SMC K for loss and use. Another VA error.

my appeal was closed. not being worked on. they shut the door. living overseas, getting the paperwork back to them in 30 is next to impossible, that's their goal I guess.
