2nd PTSD C & P in three years...is this normal?

About six years ago I had my PTSD disability re-evaluated. The VA raised my compensation from 10 to 90 percent. About 3 years ago, to my surprise, I was called in for a C&P exam. I went and my rating was kept the same. For some reason, they've scheduled me for another one. This takes place tomorrow. I've prepared for it as much as I can. I don't understand, though, why they keep scheduling me for these. Is this normal? Do they do this to everyone? Thank you for any insight.
