When I filed and went before Judge he found mistakes . Remanded to regional office. I had 3 statements from service members and civilian afterservice. About my snoring and would stop breathing. Also had a letter from an ent that stated I had chronic sinusitis and deviated septum. Alternatively from the apnea doctor that sinusitis was a contributing factor. I also had 3 sleep studies. And in my military records sinusitis issues. And service connected 10 percent for that issue. It is now remanded back to the judge. Dont know what else to do but wait. Cpap wasn't invented till first of 80s and hardly any one on them till in to 90s .I had never heard of it and was diagnosed 03. Because I had so many problems I finally went to ent. He said surgery was an option but probably wouldn't work and the worst pain I could imagine for 6weeks. He said or you can go down the street to sleep center and get a cpap.first I had ever heard of it.
