  1. I just started to research the process as my husband did this not knowing the ins and outs of getting a better result on his claim. we sent his private medical records for his disability claim as he never went to VA hospital for treatment or diagnostic. worst case scenario he will be denied and we have to appeal it. He got a call a day before his c&p exam so he never got to prepare. he works as a crew chief in the air force for B-52 and C-5. He definitely got exposed to hazardous materials and toxins, he also said that he was exposed to asbestos and radiation emitted from something that im not too familiar with.lol!. we got his records from the national archives but the medical records was missing. as you noted, we will get this all sorted and plan our A's, B's and C's for this. Thank you so much...
  2. thank you for your advice. so we will be expecting another set of C&P exam for him that is related to his condition? he is not a Vietnam vet. he was called for a c&p exam a day after the call so we didn't prepare anything at all.
  3. My husband filed his disability claim last OCT 2020 for high grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma. No other updates until June 2021 when he was scheduled for a c&p exam for dental. We are confuse if this is a normal procedure to get one which is completely not related to his illness. Is anyone experience this? is this a good or bad news on his claim? Thank you!
