Hello everyone......i sincerely hope that everyone will take at least some time to learn the V.A. regulations and what's required/expected of us veterans to successfully prosecute/previail with our claim(s) rather than give in to useles anger and tirades.The V.A. must labor under the same regulations as you or me and all of this necessary info is easily accessed either online or via V.A. publications including ANY C&P exam relevant to your particular case.In perusing the many posts/feedback here over several years i see a clear gross lack of basic knowledge/understanding and ignorance of criteria essential for ANY hope of a successful claims outcome.To be sure,NOTHING is P&T with the V.A. as the winds of change are always blowing but that is out of the scope of what i wish/hope to impart here.Anger will not get you to your V.A. goal so do nothing verbally or in writing when you're pissed coz you won't be punished for your anger but you will be punished by your anger.Yeah.yeah.i know all about frustration,anger,rage and all the rest but none of it ever got me anywhere in a positive sense nor did whining or wishing thngs/events were otherwise but knowledge of the V.A. sytem and how to navigate it did produce my desired result by getting me the 100% P&T SC award i deserved all along as i know so many of you are just as deserving and entitled to thru your own SC conditions.After getting conflicting info from several VSO's i decided to learn 38CFR and do my own claims.Same with me and my wife's S.S.D. benefits.I'm also happy to report that we BOTH prevailed with SSD on our initial claims which i humbly submit was due to diligence and great atttention to detail.I guess what i'm trying to say here is do your homework and don't ever go off half-cocked my brothers coz as we all know.......there's just too much at stake!
