  1. I’m new here. I was with the 9 Med Battalion C company in Vietnam in 1967 . I have found older posts on Myasthenia. Thought if I started a new one it might get more attention. Most Myasthenia claims seem to be denied. I and others have found a few that have been granted. Wondering why some would and some would not. These are a couple I’ve found. They appear to have bee filed well after the one year requirement for Myasthenia Gravis. 1. Citation Nr: 1534590 Decision Date: 08/13/15 Archive Date: 08/20/15 DOCKET NO. 11-14 918A ) DATE Entitlement to service connection for myasthenia gravis is granted. 2. Citation Nr: 0827706 Decision Date: 08/15/08 Archive Date: 08/22/08 DOCKET NO. 06-20 273 ) DATE FINDINGS OF FACT 1. On November 6, 1989, the veteran filed a formal claim for VA compensation or pension for myasthenia gravis, which the RO adjudicated as a claim for pension, and in a rating decision in June 1990, the RO granted pension Hadit.com
