  1. Never send any thing to the Va unless it is by recorded delivery or what evr you call it in the States. That way you get a recipt and can keep track of the letter via internet. Some one at the other end has to sign for it. This means the post office will have a record of delivery and who signed for it.If they loose it then you have someone at the VA to put the blame on. They won't loose the next one, that's for sure.
  2. Hi all I am VA 90% service connected. I am in process of being rated for Diabetes, Hypertension and Anxiety and depression. First of all, is there any chance that the VA may rate me as 100%. If I apply for SSDI and if it is awarded, I receive a small pensionfrom my previous employers in England. Will the Social Security dept. offset this amount off SSDI payments though its a foreign award? Thanks in advance
