  1. Pete, As always U have some good information. Question....How would I find out this information. The one I checked at close to my house wants 4-5 k a month for a couple. Also am 100% compented & L1. I believe I get A & A (I am rather sure I do) so is there any assistance besides A & A? Thank You GARY
  2. Berta, My wife & I were discussinng the fact that she needs to go into an Assisted Living Facility. My Wife is on SMC for her health problems & I was wondering what/& or if the Military would pay any of the costs as these places are rather expensive. Also, if I was to go in with her would they pay for me also. I don't think I would really need this type of enviorment but I know I would qualify The reason I want her in a Civilian Place is because there is one close to my house. Thank you GARY

  6. Berta I believe I asked U this question before but as U know my memory completly sucks. OK..U know what I'm comped for but I have to Oct. to file for Incompetence. Is this worth filing for? I found the award letter for L1 & it said incompetence pending. & I have been rated as such. So, looks like a go for me what do U think? GARY

  11. Wings...If a Vet can work a Computer there is one (Or several) in every public Library. At least it's like that in Mo.....GARY
  12. Carlie, I did have it on yes. Guess I was trying out how to send PM's. Will let U know if it works as my inbox gets stuffed with out every thing from hadit coming there. If I'm not on here for a couple of days I have on average 150-200 messages as I surf all over the net. Sincerly, GARY

  19. The way I read it the goverment used 2 tons of paper to let every one know of the paper work reduction act....HA GARY
  20. Berta, Glad I don't have to keep track of how many questions I ask cause there have been a bunch & here's another Since I have Epilepsy I can't drive. My wife (Who is my Fudiciary) has Perifial Neuropothy in both legs & is going to need special ( Hand controls , I suppose) to be able to drive. Will the VA assist me in the cost of having this equiptment installed & having her taught how to use them,etc? Sincerly, GARY
