I left service many years ago. It is secondary to service connected conditions.

I filed a claim for loss of creative organ and was award the claim with SMC-K. The VA payed me back to the intent to file date. Should have I received back pay from the date loss of creative organ was documented in medical record.

I have appeals at the BVA in the AMA and I see on the BVA web site Appeals Metrics that the Current Legacy Docket Date is up to Sept 2019. Does this mean they are reviewing appeals in the legacy lane up to this date and if so how do we know what the date is they are reviewing appeals in the AMA.
