Well, registered with the VA, went for lots of check ups and tests, and opened a preliminary claim with the VA through the local Veterns Service Officer who has all of the paper work. Independant Audiologist rated me at 80% loss but she would only say could have been caused by. VA doc said it was most likely caused by my combat duty as well as the ringing. My hearing aides have arrived and I get them next week. PTSD, VA psychiatrist said I qualified and the psychologist treating me wrote "diagnosis PTSD" on the paper work. The scores are PCLC = 72 criteria B, C, and D met. Now I read in some of the posts I might turn 80 before any actions are taken?
