  1. I heard if you are 10% for your knee and then you have surgery, after that the VA will take the 10% away.

  11. Yes, I am being treated by the VA for several things. Thank you for letting me know.
  12. 1. For every member of the military ETSing or retiring. You will be given a final out physical. At that physical tell them about every ache, pain, concern, etc. This is the last chance for the military member to officially document medical problems, thereby making the issue in-service! Tell them about rashes, hair loss, scratches, scrapes, itchy ass cheeks…EVERYTHING!...LAST CHANCE! OK, I have many problems associated with the gulf war that I did not go on sick call for, but they are all mentioned in my ETS physical. Are you saying that even if I didn't go on sick call for something I can use my ETS physical as evidence for a claim?

  14. I just got the answer from TWC, they said yes.
  15. The funny part is that I called the Texas Work Center and they did't know the answer not even the supervisor on duty.
  16. I called the TWC they told me that they have to see how much disability I'll get that they will decide if I can get unemployment. San Antonio here

  21. I have a C&P with an Otolaryngology doctor. I know it deals with ears,nose and throat. Does anyone know what they do there. I already had C&P for hearing loss in August.
