Yey it seems that any part of the legal system that deals with Veterans ishas been corupted. I was at the Indianapolis, Indiana VA Regional Office, filling out a form 95. The VAso told me to leave block 12d. blank. Both in that block, and the instructions on the reverse side, it explains very clearly, that not entering an amount will make your claim invalid, by leaving it blank, you may loose your rights ! http://www.usdoj.gov/civil/forms/SF95.pdf Geese he was very insistant, ending it with, "WELL if I were you I would leave it blank."
