  1. Happy B-Day to you!!!!!

  2. So, there would be no co-pay for the service connected condition and medications. Anything thats not service connected would have a co-pay? Do I have this right?
  3. I received a 0% rating for allergies. I've heard that I will have to use my health insurance, but what about medications. By getting a 0% rating, that says they are responsible. So, if they are responsible for the problem, shouldn't they be responsible for the medications to care for it? Thanks.
  4. Well, the injury happened back at the end of '04. The Army doctors never did x-rays or an MRI. They just gave me pain pills and muscle relaxers and sent me on my way. Well, I was still having the pain, if not getting worse, so I went to my personal doctor and he sent me for a MRI. So, I went down to file the claim at the veterns service office. I took in the sick-call slip from when I went to the hospital at Ft. Lewis and a copy of the MRI results from my doctor. The blood pressure was diagnosed within 3 months of returning from Iraq. Kidney stones I had for the first time while deployed and have had them 2 times since returning.
  5. I filed for compensation for 2 bulging discs in my neck that pressing against spine, high blood pressure that is in the 125-150/80-90 with bloob pressure meds and for kidney stones. Wanted to see if anyone here has similar problems and what rating they got for them. Thanks!
  6. So, to file a claim, I just need to take as much paperwork as I can get and make my way down to see DAV at the local VA?
  7. I found out today that I have 2 bulging discs in my neck, C 4/5 and C 5/6, from a injury that had happened when I was on active duty for deployment to Iraq. Also, I am now on bloop pressure meds since returning and I had kidney stones for the first time while in Iraq. Have had problems with the stones twice since then. Any chance I can get compensation for this? Thanks for the help.
