in 1983 i was turned down for va disabilitly on my back because i was drawing social security. now i have just recieved service connected for other disabilities and the va guy who called me to tell me i had been awarded said i should try to reopen as he had looked at it and was sure i would now get these benifits also. probably smoke, but thats been a long time and maybe laws have changed. can i do this? B)
