would like to know can a case be called back by the varo and then paid while waiting to go to the BVA????

i dont even know if its been certified transfered or what might just try to call a vet rep see if he can find out something

I have a question for the forum i went to one of these VA satelite health stations and during my interview i asked about homebound and a and a they told me a and a and home bound are both based on income . I would not get either because im a 100% P and T Not very nice people at all!! They told me also VA does not pay for out patient exams at private hospitals. Like a cardio exam or rectal exams colon examination i said well what about fee basis? they said no! any thoughts here.

if a veteran is 100% P and T scheduler and then on top of that is rated for loss of use of one hand one eye, has ed and spinal both lumbar and cervical injuries does the VA then have to consider SMC O/P or must the veteran request SMC O/P would that veteran be eligible for O and P thank you for your response

I would like to ask a question here. How many new claims did the VA taken in for service connection in all fifty states from the years 2000 to 2010. And -- of that class how many claims were denied and how many were approved? I would like to see this information plotted out on graph paper to verify the data and to show Congress. This question has always been on my mind. I don't think you will ever see it. The VA reminds me of that insurance company Great Benefit in the John Gresham movie the Rainmaker. The VA works well for the VA. The only person I think that could possibly fix the VA mess, that i have read about in this century and have read reviews on is Professor Linda Bilmes from Harvard. Such a shame she did not get nominated for VA secretary. But i know why. Thats quite evident. The VA wants a person that will keep the paperwork mess, debacule moving along. Just some thoughts.
