I bought another book to research my ptsd and mood disorder its called diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders fourth edition text revision DSM IV TR it cost me i think $120 bucks at Barnes and Nobles i think it was because it was the hard cover. THATS WHAT THOSE EXAMS ARE A SHAM MEDICALLY UN PROFESSIONAL AND A VIOLATION OF PATIENT RIGHTS . ALSO THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE ONLY ALLOWS THE VA AND THE IRS TO ACCEPT RETURN RECEIPT MAIL WITHOUT SIGNING FOR IT AFTER THE IRS AND VA PROCESS IT THEN THEY SEND THE GREEN CARD BACK TO YOU. I think its just matter of time before the VA is completely in nun dated with claims. The Boston VARO keeps denying everyones claims including mine. Thats not just coming from me, waiting in th VA hospital at Jamaica (shit hole of VA Hospitals) Plain i hear my fellow vets upset with all their claims denied. Peoples lives jobs and welfare depends on these rating decisions, peoples lives family lives are on the line here. I just dont see how the VA continues to abuse veterans and theirs no over sight and the continued due process violations. I'll just throw my comment into the ring here. If it were up to me i would sell all the va properties in america and the territories off. I would take the proceeds from the sales and put them into a locked federal account no touching by anyone. Then i would use the interest from that account and put every veteran on blue cross blue shield medical and dental. Veterans could go to any doctor. Further the comp and pension department disolved and their phony exam ssam evaluations gone. The only remainder of the VA would be voc rehab and adjudication and the home loan dept thats it!! Possibly some other depts kept as required. I just can't fathom whats going to happen when the majority of troops return. recently my medical records showing my hospital stay in the navy were located after twenty years of denials. Va says to me if you were sick how come you didn't get medical help at the VA? I replied well from 79 to 1995 or 98 i was told and turned away from the va medical plan because you have to be service connected thats why. VA says oh. According to NPRC the VA charged out my medical records back in 1982 and had those missing records in their possession all the time. Never i'm sorry. Never what can we do to make it right. im going to reply to myself here so sad to see my fellow vets in the varo hallways holding denial letters from a selfish un caring country and varo boston who use phony comp and pension exams to low ball and deny rightfull benefits. stay away from jamaica plain campus and west roxbury c and p examiners go to or demand qtc and always come with an ime or medical private medical eval from your own doctor for each and every c and p exam you take. force the c and p to take the ime if they give you a un fair c and p exam complain in writing they have to put that letter in your c file and send everything to va return receipt the hearing tests at boston medical centers jp and west rox are a complete scam naturally a deaf person is going to hear you in a sound proof room with the volume kranked to 900dbs if they cant get you their, then they use a phony computer print out to say yeah the computer says his ears work lie lie lie lie lie lie these va doctors are not your friends be for warned and armed they type each and everything you say to use against you to deny your benefits i have no more respect for america any more seeing the way sick veterans are treated most of veteran friends have moved to canada for medical care i have decided this year to leave america i just want out of this place sorry if that up sets some folks but i have to tell you straight be well be careful cover your rear watch your flank money saved is money returned back to the va for employee incentives i think this si truly the end of this country!!!!
