Aaaaaron090's Achievements

  1. I filed for compensation June 2007 for two types of allergies, and was awarded 10% and 0%... I went back and filed for an increase of the 10% and 0%, and filed for additional problems (migraine headaches, insomnia, sleep apnea, and asthma). I provided enormous amounts of private doctor medical records, everything highly documented, various personal statements from family members, employeers, and peers, and got it all to the VA within 1 year of honorable military seperation. I've been calling the VA weekly checking on my file status, and found out in the begininng of October 2008 my file reached the rating board. It was there for 6 weeks, and now they're saying that my file was removed from the rating board, and the VA will be sending me an appointment to goto the VA clinic to talk with their doctors again. I've talked with several other veterans and they said that some problems that you file for, the VA is "required" to see the veteran before determining the rating? So the fact that my file was removed from the board, and they're sending me to see a VA doc means that my file is near the end, and a rating is approaching? Anyone been in this situation before?
