:) I wouldn't worry I had several they are not that bad and help some they don't get rid of all the pain But don't let them operate unless you are passing out from the pain because that doesn't help or if it does it only lasts for a year or so :)

I am not sure but in my trying to figure out if I qualified it seems like I read that it can be taken away if you get better, but that there is no age limit. hope that helps :D

Well they did grant my claim but lo balled it.But they are paying. The award letter they sent in november had no codes on it, so I sent a letter 2 months ago requesting the codes with no reply other than we're working on it B) Nor have they sent the back pay for the 16 mo. they sat on my claim Is there anything I can do to speed up things?

Sorry on the last reply my bad. The V.A. letter did not give codes for my disability ratings so I have requested them, no reply yet ecept we are working on it letter. I do have degenerative disc diease (old civilian diagnoses ) As for incapicitating episodes which literally means documented bed rest no doctor now does that. seems the V.A. is 40 years out of date but it does keep the %'s low ;) What is IVDS?

Currently 50% ptsd 10% hearing, 10% lower back, 10% neck = 60% all service connected My question is that in the last 16 months that it took to in my claim my lower back has gotten worse (should be 20% by now but will have to get doc to say so) and they found that I have problems with my middle back also (Required a epidural.) So should I file a nod or a new claim ? I have about 8 months left to file a nod.
