  1. Yes it appears at this point that I will have the same person managing everything on this end. Haven't been contacted about the appointments at the VA in baltimore yet, they said I will receive a later stating the times and dates of all appointments.
  2. Is it really that bad? I'm waiting to receive the phone call for my physical evaluations with the VA, and not sure what to expect. My feet are pronated with calcaneal heal pain, and plantars fascitis, so not sure they can really miss that. Just want to know what I'm going to get hit with I suppose.
  3. Hello to all my fellow veterans out there today. I'm new to the forum and have been frantically trying to find any place I can to obtain help with my MEB/PEB. I was transferred to a new unit and upon arrival they realized I was on a P3 for my feet and intiated the process. I have bilateral 30 degree pronation, plantar fasicitis, calcaneal heal pain, and achilles pain in both feet. I'm also having knee and lower back issues now due to the issues with my feet and so relief or resolution over the last 3 1/2 years. They also initiated my claim with insomnia and lower back pain listed as my main issues for being reviewed/discharged. I went to my initial MEB appointment yesterday, met with the doctor, peblo, and the va rep. They said I will now get a call from the va scheduling a physical examination and then my packet will be reviewed in a PEB to determine if I am fit/unfit for duty. Then after they complete their review, the VA will then decide on a rating for my disabilites which are proven to be service connected. I'm trying to find out exactly what the ratings for my injuries are, timelines for all of this, and shall I seek legal council? Any help would be greatly appreciated. It appears I've pretty much been wrote off by the tops of my CoC, and would just like any information I can get. Thanks in advance.
  4. Hey I'm about to be seen by the physical examiners with the VA myself. Insomnia isn't my primary issue, as I also have bilateral 30 degree pronations in both feet, as well as achilles and plantar fascitis issues. But I was trying to see what kind of rating I could expect for the insomnia and can't find anything on it myself. I know that I'm looking at 50% for my feet, but just want to be up on things when I receive my results. If you find out anything else, please let me know also. Thanks
