After I had been awarded my benefits of 50% I filled out the paper work for Chapter 31 (Voc Rehab) assitenance documents and subitted to them. I received an appointment to come in for an orientation a week later. After my orentation, I met with my couselor who had me take a test and we did a plan of action to see what I can qualify for. After 2 weeks, weh narrowed it down to attend college. I then had to look into what type of classes I want to get into that they (VA) would have to approve. So now I attend college for my AS degree in Construction Management. I hope this helps you out, if not then call them or look it up on the web site.
