  1. Since my experience with the VA has been so Negative i find anything they say Believable i wouldn't give them the time of day
  2. Do these # also apply to BVA my claim is now over 5 Yrs old and is now infront of a VLG and moved on E-benifits several times last month i have a Senators office looking into it and got a reply that my records are at the FOIO will this hinder my appeal process does it loose its place in line either me or my attorney has requested any info any insite on these issues would be helpful
  3. You could look on e benifits or ask your VSO
  4. so i was seen for an evaluation for ptsd the examiner stated i did not meet the full criteria for ptsd. my SMR's clearly show where i was seen in triage for a head injury where it was noted laceration to the head and contusions around both eye's this was an in service assault several years later i was attending college and failing badly i was sent to see an acidemic advisor who in turn sent me to see a psycologist he conducts a series of tests that reveald a cognitive disorder, axiety, depression, and personality disorder due to multipal head trauma and bipolar none of these run in our family nor were they present before the assault the examiner stated these were my mental disabilities is this in its self evidence for service connection or will they order another MH exam i am at the BVA now and have an attorney any thought's id like to hear thanks
  5. so in laymans terms does what exactly does this mean will i have to have another MH exam to determine whether or not these disabilities was a product of the assault ior what im lost
  6. I have a real good attorney out of Salt Lake, her name is Dianna Cannon law firm Cannon & Match give them a call
  7. I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, cognitive disorder, and had a C&P for ptsd the examiner stated that i did not meet the full criteria for PTSD although i was seen in triage for multipal contusions and a laceration due to a well documented assault while in service and granted 100% by social security for the same mental conditions is this enough evidence for service connection the C&P stated these disorders as well as bipolar is this enough for service connection
  8. i also had a c&p exam for PTSD exam stated that i did not meet the criteria but showed many of the same disabilities will they order a c&p for mental now?
  9. I am new on this site and not very computer savy , i had a c&p exam for PTSD last year under the DSM-IV where the examiner stated that i met criterion A but did not meet the full criteria for PTSD, In my SMR's it show's were i was seen in triage for Head trauma due to an assault pior to the assault i was seen and diagnosed with a personality disorder, the exam states that my mental disabilities are due to bipolar disorder, Anxiety, depression, panic attacts, cronic sleep impairment, suspiciousness, none of these was present untill after the assault during this time i had a couple of UCMJ's and was addresed for below par preformance, so my claim is that these disabilities arose from the assault will they order a mental exam under the DSM-V, since social security has found me 100% disabled for these issues i am currenty at the VBA awaiting a decision my case has moved 4 times this month if that means anything and these issues has not been addresed concerning an opinion concerning nexus
  10. My claim is currently at the VBA its for PTSD,depression, cognitive disorder, personality disorder, anxiety and i have been found unemployable by social security due to my bipolar disorder my report states that i do not meet the diagnosis for PTSD although the examiner stated that he reviewed my records and that i was seen at sick bay for multiple lacerations and contusions about the neck and head wile in service where an assault had occurred i have two other diagnosis one by the chief of psychiatric's at VAMCU wherein it stated that it gave the PTSD [military related] [309.81] diagnosis and yet another by a psychologist for the same, will the board consider the weight of these two when making a decision on these issues the C&P doctor did state that i met two of the first criteria foe PTSD but not all, and made the statement "less likely than not"
