I was just awarded an increase up to 90% and I guess my question is wasn't the VA suppose to pay me from the time of my injury or just from the date I put in for an increase? If so can someone tell me how I go about getting back pay from the years that I am owed?

I am new and rated @90%, I have all kinds of questions. I know that the Va has low balled me for years.
