  1. Yeah, but it is very difficult to go back and do it. If you were discharged after 2001 and got less than 30%, there is a board that will review it, but they only review the problems they originally submitted. I did it and they wouldn't change it, but now I have more ammunition if I get my retroactive VA pay and backdated to when I got off of active duty, then I can hopefully get my disability retirement retroactive....it would be sweet...
  2. Yes most likely. I am getting my date backdated and they will owe me back pay and I want it. It wouldn't be an issue if they had done the right thing to begin with. Make them pay you. Write letters and use social media to get some attention as well. Good Luck.
