TBart's Achievements

  1. I served in the USAF as an Aircraft Reciprocating Engine Mechanic 1966 through 1970. In December of 2004 I filed my first claim for chronic peripheral neuropathy shortly followed by a number of other claims. Deny, deny, deny, etc. Fast forward to August, 2014 and a BVA Traveling Board hearing in Waco, TX. April 2015 I was granted SC for peripheral neuropathy with 4 other claims remanded back to Waco. I have not heard word one on these remands in over two years now and I would really like to get this settled before I get too far along in my elder years. Do I hire a lawyer? Any ideas or opinions would be appreciated.
