Hey Carlie, part way there! Got VCAA letter today stating DB II for 10% that kicks me to 40 with my PTSD 30. They said they are deferring like 6 other claims that 5 are related to Diabetes.(I sent Doctors statements with the original claim. I have 1 for TBI, they stated they are looking for more proof. ( I gave them the date, time and place in RVN and what evac hospital I got dusted off to....
