And then reading how others have to fight for each little bread crumb :D that they get .... So I know that with all the experience out there then I will sit back and try to enjoy!!!
  3. Thank you all for your guidence and for being here to help not only me but for so many others like me just a few short weeks ago. I will forever be grateful for this site and the whole HADIT team that combined together is so full of knowledge , I know I will forever be grateful ... So I guess now I will try to get on with trying to deal with what life throws my way..at a distants of course... Maybe that will be eaiser when the RETRO comes!!! And then spoil my granddaughter...

  5. I to don't have any idea how things work. I am still learning so much from all the wonderful people. My claim is on remand from BVA C&P was done in Nov.09 Was electronically put in system 12-23-09 and as I understandits in Hunnington,WV. My c7p says yes I have ptsd and GAF 50 also been drawing SSD because of since 2004. someone did say they seen 70% IU and I pray they are right ...but like it s been said before "until that paper is in my hand" Anyhow my question ? What are the steps now that they have c&p , and all I think they need . does it still have to go through alot more departments? Sorry this is so long,And again Thank You Hadit for being here. granny

  7. Hello All. It is I granny I hope I am posting this at the right place .I still need help at the ole pc most of the time especially in replies Now as far as my C & P appt was 11-19-09 had all the things I have read from other people going through from this wonderful site called"Hadit" again Thank you all for being here!!! My exam lasted longer than what I expected 5 hrs ah ,yeah I was so exhausted (mentally, physically, emotionally) took me a week to recover. But I have since found out there is a light at the end of this horriffic tunnel. From my readings here anyhow I am hopeful... Last page from C & P report-- IT IS MOST LIKELY CAUSED BY OR A RESULT In-service event: Rape on down at bottom of page she has Other Comment; It says "The letters provided by ?? in support of her claim are more independent &relevant evidence than is often seen in such cases. I also had a mental exam(I guess) done on Dec 09 she said she wanted to get done and hopefully over with. That report says GAF: 50
  8.
