  1. Hi to all, rating came in today at 70% PTSD and 80% combined. Thanks for all the info posted and I wish everyone success, hang in, do the right thing and it will be done. Semper Fi, Mike..
  2. I was in the seat for 2 1/2 hours. I cant remember the last time I answered so many different questions. I felt like it went bad, my wife felt it went well..bottom line, decision in a few weeks, I wish all on the forum a good year,Thanks Mike..
  3. Well as some may know, I am new to the forum, but things happen quick here.. I have posted a couple of times with complaints of no news, sooo, Just got a letter for my second C&P interrogation,,Yeahhh For Me.( I think these posts go directly to THE BOARD. I will report again on Tues , 21Mar. Hang in everyone, Mike.
  4. Hi Berta, thanks for input, I will try and make sense of this: My claim has bounced back and forth since 98, The claim was sent to Wash DC Board, and they sent it back. The case has been in VARO for 15 months with no calls for me or requests that I know of. I call and get the "their working on it" response.Thnaks again,Mike
  5. According to my SO a Nexus letter is required to file a claim connecting to a SC already diagnosed. This was in reference to start a new claim or wait till the BVA makes a decision on my present claim. I offered new information to submit, but he contends when BVA has your claim you wait, What does the forum say. I am so P/O right now , the claim has been to DC EYES, and back to home office where it has sat for 15 months, is something wrong?? Thanks to All, Mike.
  6. New to the forum, here goes.. I have 20% for Diabetes type ll, and now diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I have an appeal pending at the VA for PTSD. What is the best way to proceed, claim sleep apnea as secondary to diabetes or with the PTSD? All comments welcome, will be thankful for all, Mike.
