  3. If my calim comes back with 100 PTSD. 10% knee, 10% foot, that is a total of 120% but you are only paid upt to the 100% schedule, am I correct?
  4. If awarded 100% PTSD, is the pay and the retro pay the same as any other 100% SC disability, in other words would you use the disability rate table to find your payment. Also what does P&T mean. I know permanent and total , but what does that really mean.. Thanks God Bless All

  6. I believe "workplace" definition and the examiners statement is a very broad and general term meaning "where people are employed". I feel the examiner would had stated something to the effect "last employment" etc. Probably reading into this more than necessary. Thanks You John
  7. They asked for a second C&P for the examiner to state his opinion if regarding IU (PTSD) " if veteran could work with minimal supervison etc;" which the examiner specifically stated " could not return to workplace even with loose supervision" Thanks for responding

  12. My claim for IU for PTSD has been completed and sitting at the rating board since December, 17, 09 and the claim was originally filed March 09. Have had two c&P exams during this time and other exam for tinnitus and eyes. Is there any real hope this thing will be decided any time soon?? Thanks God Bless John
  13. Does the rtro check come at the same time as the decision letter, God willing.
  14. Filed for iu (and oyher issues, not tbore u) in March 09. The review board has had everything since Dec. 17 09. Once at the board and ready for a decision per 1-800# is there any reasonable guess as to how much longer? Also, is it possible to get aletter with decision before the 1-800 shows it? Thanks John
  15. I applied for IU/PTSD April 2009 and at that time was at 30%. The review board has received "all" info needed on Dec. 10th 2009. Any idea how long it takes to make a decision once the board gets everything? This question/answer is probably here somewhere, I searched without results. Also, if awarded, does the retro check come at the same time? God Bless John1
  16. Carlie: My local VA rep stated Va would only accept the original because I had it completed myself by the employer. John Starting to wonder about my rep?
  17. Carlie: Yes I have the a copy of the form as va wanted the original. John
  18. Carli: Good weight or Bad weight? The examiner stated I resigned in lieu of being terminated due to "inability to retain information", he (examiner) read the form from my former employer which stated "resigned due to inability to retain information". Either resigned or terminated it has been documented I can not retain info. John

Until I get the decision, God Bless all. Jesus loves you and me!! John
  20. Carlie: The form regarding resigning " due to unablity to retain info" was the form from my previous employer. Thanks John
