My plate is full. I believe it is all writting, there is variation on choices, but at this time, isolation, with all of my treatment of 7 years gives me options, plus I will give the Vet Center a try. I feel good, but very bad no communication with my parents, but I take it as it is. I have to get better from this Cancer first. I don't even know what that mean, what after that? Dan

I find myself short and don't want to tolarate BS. Including Mom's, and friends, my solution is to cut them out of my life, and vice versa. My voice raises gradually, but.I am not angry, and my juices start flowing, just like a mission. How I feel? Relieved, blood pressure down couple points, but I really don't feel bad. I love my Mom but we are opposite, she is passive aggressive, and I still am like the military. Now I have several friends we speake on the phone, but the are all military. Even thou I cut a military out also. What's wrong with me? I just don't care, suicidal is not in my doing due to my faith, but ridding fast living on the edge is ok. I am still going throught treatment for a full.stomack and partial spleen removal. The chemo and radiation is still in me. What is wrong with me? You guys know, you have done countless counseling in your time. Help me. I am not going back to V.A.

Hang in there 82nd, do you remember never failing a mission? This PTSD you will not fail. Hits, bumps, thoughts, cry, all will happened. But you know how to survive, no matter how hard. Intrusive thoughts when hits, right away take your mind somewhere pleasant to you. Airborne. All the way.

I only read your first post, I hope somehow today you are feeling a tad better, one thing that I know is that you are not alone with these symptoms, always seek help, even if you don't feel like it is helping, try to get a one on one treatment, I can say these things from my own experiences, don't give up on yourself, take it easy and have compassion to yourself. As a person living with severe depression, my advice is to seek treatment, I wake up with the symptoms, somedays I don't even want to get out of bed, not even to take my meds, until finally I have to take control, maybe a day past before that point. Good luck marinejay,

To me, your summary and diagnosis is PTSD all the way, how could you deal with a work environment, continue to get counseling from VA. You may need your prescription to function, I do. Do not give up, no matter what the next step is. This is your life,

More good news to report. I did recieved the hospital bed, it all started by asking my primary Dr. With the need of my conditions. Once He file with prostetic, it took about five days for delivery.

I cannot give enough Thanks for all the blessings that have come my way, " Jesus Christ the Glory" The military has been my adult life, we have served, and I salute to all my military personnel, their spouses that have hang in and support us. I Love my veterans, and you deserve all the benefits that you have earn. Many of us do not understand our rights, and consider we are doing well without this or that, yes there are many veterans in very bad shape, but IMHO you can pave the way, by going thru the system and able to share your experiences. Michael, without all the rules that chuck just mention, I need you to hang in there, the VA gave me several Cp's. three to be exact in one year, I was angry, confuse and distrustful, but in the end I got my P&T. Age has something to do with it also. I am still in my battle with PTSD, it is permanent indeed. Don't give up.

AF Bush, I have use prosthetic for medical needs before, an electric wheel chair, was done in a timely manner, plus the ramp, and any repairs has come very timely. Since I was and am shock of my carcinoma, I find myself with no muscle in my stomach and sliding down the bed, plus very uncomfortable sitting in my chairs. As mention before I do have SC for history of upper GI problems, how do I commence going to get a hospital bed for my health? I need your feedback, essence of time, to me is very important

Well Family, Happy Mothers day to all mothers, I am back home now, the Dr's went in and saw more than they expected, they would have had to take out my whole stomach, in which the surgeon decided to do chemo first and see if it could be shrink some. so one step at a time. On this situation I am surprise I haven't received any feedback on this topic, now on the update I have a 10% rating, and since it has a history from way back. I did put in to tie this cancer to it all. Thanks

Now that I am going to go with gastrectomy ( removal of stomach, partially or total ) I have had upper GI problems from back in the eighties. The V.A. Has granted me service connection for gastroesophageal reflux diseas, gastritis and doudenitis with a history of duodenal ulcer is granted with an evaluation of 0 percente effective October 1 1997 Since that time, V.A. Has done upper G. I. Test, wich I cannot recall the findings, until I go to release of information. V.A. Has been treating me with Omeprazol. Now the miss signals my body has been sending out are upset stomach as been woken abruptly, as in the alerts drills, or any time, even now. With sharp pains, with feelings of throwing up. And sometime going to the bathroom, I relieved these symptoms by eating crackers, with my pill. I just know that the symptoms are related to date. I know I am 100 percent P&T. Is not about increase in funds per say for me. But my dependent, in the event of... With the clause of the ten year rule. What say you?

Hi Spartan, glad that you found Hadit, also that The Betavia was beneficial, sometimes in a big system the right hand is out of step with the left. It will happened, please don't be down on yourself, you are more than a survivor, SSDI always denied your first filling, at least it seems that way. I was denied twice and the third time was awarded. Now that you have been denied, you can get a SSDI lawyer. Hang in there and don't give up.

Yes Chuck, I am more than concern, unfortunately I have several conditions, only one V.A. sc. I am going to take the opertunity of my upcoming surgery and the treatments to remove the peptic cancer to clean out myself as much as possible.
