  1. I suffered from a mild TBI for years after receiving one from playing Flag Football back in 93-94’ I realize now that I should have reported it back then, but didn’t for fear of getting my buddies and myself into trouble with our pain in the ass commanders. It was an accident of course but I could just see and hear all the shit they would have put on us just for having a friendly (Well, somewhat friendly, game). Needless to say I suffered everything from migraines to dizziness to recently vertigo/balancing problems which sparked me to go and have the VA check it out as it seemed to start getting worse. Of course the VA looks at me like I full of s---, because I never reported it before. I had a trusted friend (Donald Malterer) who saw the entire incident but has not responded to my requests to back my story up, which is odd, considering I’m not asking anything of him except to tell the truth. But the loser won’t some friend I know! Anyway, I kind of lost as to what options I have if any? I mean all their tests show nothing’s wrong with me of course, so that means that I must be imagining all this up! Silly me, I really should go see a doctor about this? Oh wait I already am seeing a doctor for all this! (Doh!) Any advice besides finding trustworthy friends would be appreciated! Thanks and Happy New Years to everyone, except for you Malterer!
  2. Hello All, I was hoping someone could kindly point where I might be able to get some legal representation for myself. I currently have claims in for both PTSD, and mildTBI with the V.A. and am getting the run around from the V.A. and the V.F.W. who is suppose to representing me in my claim. I have already filed and appealed my claims, but I am getting tired of their silly games where they basically call you out as a liar, despite having evidence thats proves otherwise. I realize that I am not alone in this battle with the V.A. and hope there is some legal recourse we can take where they will start to take us veterans seriously. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, and God Bless! MikeG_65
  3. Technically No, 100% SC is supposed to provide monetary assistance to veterans who cannot make a descent living on their own due to their limiting disabilities, regardless of the nature of their disabilities. Although, I do know a few people who work and still receive 100% SC! ;) Regards, MikeG_65
