1. Over two years now and everytime my VFW officer says not to refile I don't have a leg to stand on. 1> Rhumatoid Arthritis Denied can't relate to service connection 2> Degen disc disease 40 % 3. Changed to Degen arthritis Lumbar spine. Yet Ive been denied three times for Arthritis of the lumbar spine. But still denies me Rhumatoid arthritis of the spine. Depression Denied not service connected However Doctors notes I sent to My vfw officer. I research everything and mail him a copy of all of it.Don't know how else to help him Thanks for letting me blow off some steam here,Have a great day
 2. I will say thanks also,This site has provided me with a great deal of information over the years.I giving up I just can't fight them anymore,I have tried everything But after 15 years of doing this. They have won.Again thank all of you for all of the fantastic information over the years. This site is the best I have found on the internet on helping vets.Keep up the Good Work.God Bless all of you For everything you have done for me and all of the other veterans.
 3. I filed my claim for a increase and secondary service connection for deppression,In which the VA doctor wrote The deppression is obvious caused by the chronic pain the vet suffers. However the vso officer took all the records I sent and paperwork backing it up and wrote his own thing out and told me the va would look the same thing up in my records? Should I trust him or what.I have asked him for help twice now and all he asks for is my paperwork and then he submitts and it comes back denied.I am at 60 percent now and can not work the va has told me to quit.I am at a loss as to what to do. Respectfully Mark
 4. I was stationed at Adak,Portsmouth and cecil field.I read the list.I just can't find the health related issues can I get some Help.I'm not to smart at most things in life
 5. I have put in a claim 3 times now for hypertension,It has beed denied 3 times.
I had it in my recored when discharged in 95 as it being high,The claim the first
two times said all further readings were normal. The first time i saw a doctor was
at the VA and they said I had High blood pressure and started treating me for it.
It was the first time I saw a doctor. The last time I had a exam claim the doctor said
it was more then likey it was service connected. The VA denied it again because all readings were normal until I saw a doctor for the first time. How can they be normal if the first docter i saw was at the VA. I have a torn back with 40 % temp increase. They never mentioned the artritis in the back at all only the torn back.Should I bring that to there attention.I am going to file a claim for arthrits of the arms and legs scince they are causing me extreme pain at times,Should I claim the Back again?
