  1. I have letters from a neurosurgeon recommending TDIU for my lumbar condition. It is currently at 40%, but I have missed 11 weeks of work on bed rest in the past year due to the condition. My neurosurgeon has recommended an increase to 60% due to that, and I have not previously been diagnosed or claimed cervical spine. He has recommended 30% for that. I took him a copy of Title 38, spine, and he worded the diagnosis exactly as shown in Title 38. He recommended in his medical opinion that I be granted 100% TDU with VA as well as 100% Civil Service Disability Retirement. The condition has already be determined to be service connected. My issue is, I have also recently been diagnosed with PTSD (should be either 30 or 50% with symptoms, GAF of 55) by a VAMC psychiatrist. I was also referred by VAMC for a sleep study and have mild sleep apnea connected to sinusitus (already service connected) and rhinitus (I had surgery for a deviated septum while on active duty). I have an appointment at the VA Hospital in OKC, OK in March for issuance of a CPAP machine, which should be an addtional 50%. I also have a few other minor claims to make, in the 10-20% range. Should I go ahead and put in for the TDIU on my back now, the file the others later, or wait until I have it all together :( . Not sure current processing time for a decision on TDIU, but my civil service disabililty will be effective in about 2 months, at which time my income will be about half of what it is now. Any response would be appreciated :D .
