C&p Exam For The Third Time. Any Advice?

Every regioal office has the same phone number ! It takes a week to wait for them to call you back. Is there another phone # for regioal offices?

I dont agree with a C&P Dr. What can i do mabee write a letter or protest ? should my wife write a letter ?
