I am American, a U.S. Army vet, 1974-1977 , living in Cebu, Philippines, and am in the appeals process upgrading from my non-service connected service pension to service connected. I need your help to find a lawyer who can and will represent me. I also would like to know if any one knows of a vet advocacy group here other than VFW who has had any success and will also help me.
