I live in wisconsin and Im 100% tdiu and IU, the circus comes around twice a year and the alj feels I can be a ticket taker part time or join the circus full time, according to the job stats theres ten thousand jobs available with the circus in wisconsin, maybe the alj was a rodeo clown before the goverment hired him

Is it often that ssdi is denied to vets who are tdiu and P&T at the alj level with a lawyer?

I suffered many broken bones while in the military, and head trama, plus internal problems, it seems like the alj is prejudice against people from the military ,I was granted tdiu p&t by the va , but ssdi says I can still be a ticket taker somewhere

I got denied from ssdi, I dont qualify for ssi, my monthly income from the va is too high for ssi

I actually thought the information from the va would be enough, I had enough hurdles to jump with the va, I was hoping I wouldnt have to go through it again with ssdi

yes, I signed a release , but it appears they looked at very little

I am tdiu service connected at 100%, but the ssdi denied me, I seemed to get a generic letter from them denying me, Im not even sure what they looked at, I dont think they looked at my full va medical records, should I just get a lawyer for the appeal, any good lawyers out there?

I also got a letter from my vre, which stated I was unemployable, it helped decide my tdiu claim, thats why I reapplied for ssdi at 100%, I just hope the va and social security are in agreement, thankyou for the imput and info -

I was denied ssdi at 70% and did not appeal, Now I am tdiu, so I reaplied for ssdi, at 100% tdiu, will social securtity dissability take that under consideration?
