  1. Quick question, did you get a copy of your C&P exams to see if documented? Just a thought....... B6
  2. Sorry for your loss! Welcome Back! B6
  3. You can file for TDIU at ANY TIME! Read this post by LarryJ! Best of Luck! B6
  4. Seems to me that you have been given GREAT advice from what I read in this post! Don't give up.........That's what they want you to do! Good Luck! B6
  5. I was thinking the same thing! But I'm going to file because I had the right ankle fracture in Aug 91, then had the Tib/Fib fracture (IM nailing) in Jul 99. Thanks again! Pete and LarryJ! All the best! B6
  6. Did you get a chance to look at my attachment of my rated conditions. I don't see anything referring to my right ankle. Thus the reason I'm filing a claim. Thanks again! B6
  7. No......I have never filed for a claim for my right ankle. I've attached my current Rated Conditions as of March 2010. Hope this help! B6
  8. Pete992, I was NEVER rated for this condition by the VA. All of the information about my right ankle is listed in my SMR upon my initial rating in 2001. I don't know how they overlooked it! With that being said, which form should I use? <getting confused> B6
  9. Looking through my SMR, I found the permanent profile (P3) for my right ankle from Aug 1993. The medical condition stated on the top of the form is "Traumatic Arthritis Right Ankle". I hope this will help the VARO in granting SC for my ankle. I guess it won't hurt! Thanks LarryJ and CAS for the advice, as I truly appreciate it! Now....to fill out the form......wish me luck! B6
  10. I'm already SC'd for other conditions but my right ankle was fractured while I was in and was never rated by the VA. I guess they overlooked it when I rec'd my initial rating back in 2001. What form do I use to make a claim on my right ankle. I've when through my SMR and copied all related documents (33 pages) about my fractured right ankle. I would like to do this claim myself as the local VSO is worthless! I will be hand carrying this claim to my local VARO and getting it stamped! Thanks again! B6

  13. Those links do not work! Can someone give me the correct links! Thanks! B6
  14. IMHO......FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY after reading this post!
  15. Could have been his initials.......would be my first guess!
  16. That's funny, because I order my Hydrocodone 10's (180) every month from via myhealthevet! They come straight to my mailbox! B6
  17. I totally agree with getting an Occupational Therapist to do an Physically Assessment of your current condition(s). This will help with getting an increase and/or TDIU! Good Luck B6
  18. Yes, you can be TDIU and not P&T. When you receive your award letter, it should state no future exams, in order to be P&T! If it states future exams, then no, your not P&T! Congrats again on a great win for you and your family! God Bless! B6
  19. I just left Louisiana and had the best VSO in Louisiana, St. Tammany Paish! His name is ROLF K. If you need an excellent VSO, I would advise you get with him in Slidell! Congrats on your claims and thanks for your service! B6 EDIT: The VARO in New Orleans is the WORST in the country, consider yourself very lucky to get what you got from that VARO!
  20. Thanks brotha! Appreciate it! B6
