I have a friend that had to quit her job to take care of her elder parents for several years. Both have passed on so now she would like to find a job in which she could take care of elders. She is not a nurse, just wants to use the skills she earned by taking care of her parents.

A few years ago I requested a copy of my medical records. All I recieved was about 10-12 of routine documents nothing specific like examinations etc. I sent a couple of requests asking for the rest of my records and I never recieved them and got a couple of "we will send them to you later". I am now desperate for my records. I served during 73 to 76. Is there anything I can do? Or is this going to far back now. :)
